Originally released on Julie Doiron's amazing Sappy Records label, this album features two rare covers from The Inbreds. "Down In Flames" is a tribute to 1995 tour-mates The Super Friendz. Their version of "Wrap It Up" is basically a cover of a cover, in the style of The Fabulous Thunderbirds. Recorded in Halifax at Idea of East (Sloan, Wintersleep).
